Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of FantasyHQ at fantasyhq.ca (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

FantasyHQ provides tools to track a fantasy football league’s rosters, draft picks, trades, and history, plus an AI-assisted “Coach” that answers questions grounded in your league’s data. FantasyHQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yahoo, the NFL, or any league.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FantasyHQ. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, or misuse another league’s data.

Third-party data (Yahoo)

When you connect Yahoo Fantasy, you authorize FantasyHQ to access league data on your behalf. Your use of Yahoo data remains subject to Yahoo’s own terms, and you may revoke access at any time through your Yahoo account. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by Yahoo.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid plan. When paid plans are available, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout, and paid features remain active for the period you’ve paid for. Free leagues may use the portions of the Service made available to them.

AI output & no warranty

The Coach generates suggestions for informational purposes only. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice or a guarantee of any outcome. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasyHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
